Return Conditions

• Returns must be initiated within 28 days of receiving your order.
• Please do not ship your return before contacting customer support and receiving approval.
• The remaining Nooky chocolates should be unopened. To qualify for a full refund, the items must be returned in their original condition to our facility.
• Return shipping fees will be applicable to all returns.

Additional Information

• We may ask you to provide a photo of your return to help us improve our product.
• Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to one week for your refund to be processed upon approval.
• During peak order volumes, delivery delays may occur.
